รีเวิสสิเบิลมอเตอร์ (Reversible Motor)

- รีเวิสสิเบิลมอเตอร์ โดยพื้นฐานแล้ว เป็น อินดัคชั่นมอเตอร์ 1 เฟส พร้อม คอนเดนเซอร์ คุณลักษณะโดยทั่วไปจะเหมือนกับ อินดัคชั่นมอเตอร์เลย

- ถึง รูปร่างภายนอกของ รีเวิสสิเบิลมอเตอร์ จะเหมือนๆไปกับ อินดัคชั่นมอเตอร์ แต่โครงสร้างภายในของ รีเวิสสิเบิลมอเตอร์นี้ จะมี เบรคชั่งคราวติดตั้งอยู่  เพื่อ ช่วยให้สามารถเปลี่ยนทิศทางการหมุน จากทิศทางหนึ่ง  เป็น ทิศทางตรงกันข้ามได้โดยง่าย

- นอกจากนี้ ตัวเบรคชั่วคราวที่ติดตั้งอยู่ภายในรีเวิสสิเบิลมอเตอร์ ยังมีหน้าที่ออกแรงต้าน เพื่อให้การหยุดหมุน โดยเฉพาะการหยุดหมุนเพื่อเปลี่ยนทิศทางในแต่ละครั้ง หยุดได้อย่างแม่นยำ ไม่มีหมุนเกิน

- มากไปกว่านั้น รีเวิสสิเบิลมอเตอร์ มีแรงบิดออกตัวตอนเริ่มต้นที่สูงกว่าปกติ เพื่อให้ การเริ่มหมุนใหม่ อันมาจากการหยุดหมุนเพื่อเปลี่ยนทิศทางการหมุนเป็นทิศทางตรงข้าม เริ่มต้นหมุนใหม่ได้ในเวลาอันสั้น

- โดยสรุปแล้ว รีเวิสสิเบิลมอเตอร์ ได้รับการออกแบบมาให้สามารถ หมุน หยุด แล้ว เปลี่ยนทิศทางการหมุนเป็นทิศตรงข้ามได้อย่างดี เหมาะใช้กับการขับเคลื่อนหรือควบคุมงานที่ต้องมีการเปลี่ยนทิศทางการหมุนอยู่เสมอ

หัวเกียร์ (Gear Head)

- หัวเกียร์ เป็นอุปกรณ์ ที่นอกจากจะช่วยลดความเร็วรอบการหมุนของมอเตอร์แล้ว ยังเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าแรงบิดตามอัตราทดอีกด้วย

- อัตราทด คือ อัตรา ที่ หัวเกียร์ ลดความเร็วรอบในการหมุนของมอเตอร์ อัตราทดเกียร์ คำนวณได้จาก จำนวนฟันของเฟืองตาม หารด้วย จำนวนฟันของเฟืองขับ

- หัวเกียร์ของทาง GGM มีขนาด 60 70 80 และ 90 มิลลิเมตร ตามขนาดหน้าแปลนมอเตอร์ ถ้าต้องการอัตราทดที่มากกว่า 1/180 ขึ้นไป แนะนำให้ต่อหัวเกียร์ decimal gear head เพิ่มอีกชั้น อัตราทดจะเพิ่มขึ้น 1/10 แต่ค่าแรงบิดสูงสุดของมอเตอร์ที่ใช้ได้ ยังคงขึ้นกับตัวหัวเกียร์หลัก (Gearhead)  และ ยังคงค่าเท่าเดิม ไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง

Reversible Motor

- The reversible motor is a condenser type single-phase induction motor; therefore, its general characteristics are as same as those of the induction motor.

- The external appearance is almost like that of an induction motor, but the reversible motor has a temporary brake device built inside the motor to facilitate the operation in normal as well as reverse direction.

- The temporary brake is employed to prevent overrun. The temporary brake has a little retaining force to provide excellent instantaneous stop by preventing overrun when stopping.

- The reversible motor has a higher starting torque to facilitate the frequent changes in rotational direction from normal to reverse direction, and vice versa, within a short time.

- For summary, reversible motor operates in rotational direction from normal, then stop, then reverse. It is suitable for applications which change the rotational direction frequently.

Gear Head

- The gearhead is an instrumental device that not only reduces the revolution speed of the motor but also makes a torque change according to the gear ratio.

- Gear ratio is a ratio that the gearhead decelerates the number of rotations of the motor. The gear ratio value can be obtained by dividing the number of teeth in the driven gear by the number of teeth in the driving gear.

- Type of gearhead: GGM gearhead is grossly divided into 60, 70, 80 and 90mm depending on the flange size.

If you need bigger gear ratio (greater than 1/180) which cannot be got by gearhead itself, you can use the decimal gearhead. The number of rotation is reduced by 1/10, but the ambient torque (maximum torque of motor) would not be increased because the ambient torque already fixed on gearhead.
